Paula Kopczynski, Owner and President of Opportunity Industries, a WBENC Woman Owned company founded in 1978, is a woman whose vision and ability to nurture relationships has lead to long-term solutions and success.

Starting as a janitorial firm, Opportunity Industries moved into industrial janitorial in the early 80’s then in 1991 started a new service for existing customers - conveyor maintenance, that now services all of Washington, Northern Idaho, Montana out of  Auburn and Spokane, WA facilities.

From startup, survival, turnaround and major growth, Paula brings a wealth of experience and insight, along with relevant examples from 35 years in business with Fortune 500 businesses. Some of the topics she'll cover are:

Paula Kopczynski
Owner & President, Opportunity Industries

Paula Kopczynski was born and raised in Opportunity (Spokane Valley), Washington.  She currently resides in the mountains outside of Rockford, Washington and is the Owner and President of Opportunity Industries, Inc. a facilities/material handling company since 1978, with offices in Spokane and Auburn, Washington. Opportunity Industries, Inc. services and install conveyor systems and provides a wide variety of facility services from welding to woodworking throughout Washington, Idaho, Montana and Oregon.

Kopczynski holds a BA in Business Communications from California State University at Fullerton and currently serves on the Numerica Credit Union Supervisory Committee and the Board Directors for Artisans. In addition, Kopczynksi is a Ski Instructor for the Special Olympics and Adaptive through Spokane Parks and Recreation, Board Member Inland Northwest Fiddle, and a past Board Member of The Arc.

Banquet

Top off the afternoon with networking followed by a decadent dinner at the Lincoln Center and keynote with Paula Kopczynski, Owner and President of Opportunity Industries.

Your choice of dinner entrees. Please select your entree when registering for the event.

 

Artichoke Chicken

Seared chicken breast with quartered artichoke hearts, smoked bacon cream and finished with parmesan cheese. Served with rice pilaf and Chef’s choice vegetable.


Grilled Bistro Steak

Each Sirloin steak topped with chipotle lime butter. Served with garlic mashed potatoes and Chef’s choice vegetable.


Mushroom Ravioli

Large ravioli stuffed with wild mushrooms and topped with garlic Alfredo sauce.
