Date: 5/13/2010 Priscilla Bell, Ph.D., currently serves as president of North Idaho College. Prior to joining NIC, Bell was president of Highline Community College in Des Moines, Wash., from 2000 to 2006 and served as the president of Fulton-Montgomery Community College in Johnstown, N.Y., from 1995 to 2000. Bell also served in various roles at Tacoma Community College for more than 17 years. Bell has taught various classes throughout her career and has served on several national boards and committees. Bell serves as a member of the boards of directors for the North Idaho College Foundation, Opera Coeur d’Alene, First Judicial District Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) and Jobs Plus, the economic development corporation serving Coeur d’Alene and Kootenai County.
