SPOKANE, Washington (August 6, 2009) – Inland Northwest Chapter of National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO-NW) to host Entrepreneurial Program Series with featured speaker Arthur Shaw, "Chocolate, Wine & Exercise - Have The Balance You Want", September 10, 2009, at the Doubletree Hotel in Spokane, Washington.


As a business owner, the demands on your time and energies can often be daunting.  Arthur Shaw,Certified Personal Trainer and Owner of Exercise Solutions, Inc. will give you insights on maintaining a balanced lifestyle that is healthier, energizing, and joyful.
 

For nearly 15 years, members of the Inland Northwest Chapter of NAWBO have worked to propel women entrepreneurs into economic, social, and political spheres of power worldwide. The Entrepreneurial Program Series is designed to help women in business meet the challenges of starting, running and maintaining a business in today’s marketplace, and the Series is presented during NAWBO-NW monthly chapter meetings.
 

Speakers include Arthur Shaw, Certified Personal Trainer and Owner of Exercise Solutions, Inc.; and Sandra Dvorscak, Pampered Chef.  NAWBO-NW meeting is open to all woman business owners. Join us September 10, 2009 at the Doubletree Hotel in Spokane, Washington. Networking begins at 5:30 pm, dinner and presentation to follow at 6:00 pm.
