Cynthia Hallanger, CHallanger Coaching

Cynthia Hallanger, owner of CHallanger Coaching, is passionate about helping professional women create more successful and less stressful lives. She has been a NAWBO member since 2003, and served on the NAWBO-NW board for 3 years as Membership Vice-President.

Hallanger began CHallanger Coaching in 2001 and offers a variety of individual and group programs. She is certified as a Professional Coach through Coaches Training International. She is the only coach in Washington State trained as a Third Age Coach, a specialty for working with people in mid-life. In addition, Hallanger is a Too Young To Retire certified facilitator and holds a Master's degree in Adult Education.

Hallanger has been happily married since 1989. She and her husband Ray are building a handmade house on their remote, forested property in Stevens County. There, they hike or snowshoe almost every weekend, pick morel mushrooms in the spring and huckleberries in the late summer.
