Donna Graham, Donna's Seams to Fit

Donna Graham, owner of Donna's Seams to Fit, is a native of Greenacres and currently lives next door to the home where she grew up.  She’s been married to her high school biology lab partner, Don for 37 years. Together they have one daughter, Erin, one son-in-law, Colby, and two cats, Molly & Hector

A stay-at-home mom until she was 32, Graham started college in 1986 and didn’t quit going until she had graduated from EWU with a BA/ED in Home Economics, and from WSU with a Masters of Adult and Continuing Education.

Graham has sewn since she was about 12 years old and can’t remember when she didn’t make things for other people. In 2001 she formally went into business as Donna's Seams to Fit, operating out of her home.  She and Don recently completed her basement studio which now includes a fabulous client area as well as a to-die-for sewing room.

In her other life, Graham is also the Public Information Director for her professional organization, the Washington Association of Family and Consumer Sciences. Her duties include editing the newsletter and management of their website.  She was also recently appointed to a committee for the American Association of Family and Consumer Sciences.

In her free time she loves to travel, golf, and believe it or not, sew.
