A Conversation with......Paula Kopczynski, CEO of Opportunity Industries, and Janet Schmidlkofer, President of K & N Electric Motors

SPOKANE, Washington (March 2, 2010) – Inland Northwest Chapter of National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO-NW) and Bizstreet, the small business program of Greater Spokane Incorporated to host "A Conversation with......" with featured speakers Paula Kopczynski, CEO of Opportunity Industries, and Janet Schmidlkofer, President of K & N Electric Motors, March 26, 2010, at the Spokane Regional Business Center (SRBC) in Spokane, Washington.

Talk about two dynamic women in leadership roles in unique industries! Kopczynski and Schmidlkofer will share a bit about their businesses, their leadership roles, challenges and opportunities, and what makes them love what they do.  They'll do that in a conversational style, inviting questions to really understand why both of their businesses are so successful.

Speakers include Paula Kopczynski, CEO of Opportunity Industries,  a building maintenance company providing a variety of services for major industrial and commercial companies, and Janet Schmidlkofer, President of K & N Electric Motors, specializing in repairs, re-manufactures and servicing a wide range of motor, pump, brakes, gears, fans, blowers, bearings and other apparatus.

For nearly 15 years, members of the Inland Northwest Chapter of NAWBO have worked to propel women entrepreneurs into economic, social and political spheres of power worldwide. NAWBO-NW has partnered with Bizstreet, the small business program of Greater Spokane Incorporated (GSI), March 26, to bring female leaders and role models forward to discuss their leadership roles, challenges and opportunities of business ownership.

A Conversation With... is open to all business owners; you do not need to be a member of NAWBO-NW or GSI to attend. Join us March 26, 2010 at the Spokane Regional Business Center (SRBC) in Spokane, Washington. Networking and a light breakfast begins at 8:00 am, presentation to follow at 8:30 am. Cost is $25 for GSI and NAWBO members; $50 general. For more information or to register, visit www.GreaterSpokane.org.
