Lunell Haught, Haught Strategies

Lunell specializes in organizational development, focusing on change and conflict management.  Since 1996 clients of Haught Strategies have included government, for profit and non-profit organizations.  She leads a CEO group of multi-million dollar privately held businesses. 

Prior to owning her management consulting practice she administered the first degree completion program for the US Navy in the western Pacific, implemented the original Federal Title IX program for Humboldt State University, was the Operations Manager for the Washington State Centennial Summer Games and developed an International Trade program with the US Department of Commerce and Spokane Falls Community College. 

She has facilitated multi-jurisdictional and stakeholder issues including Salmon Recovery, County Growth Management, local ordinance recommendations, and land use issues.

She has presented at numerous conferences including Hawaii’s Conference on Performance Excellence, Washington State’s Public Quality Conference, and the International Community Development Conference.  Lunell is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC), as awarded by the Institute of Management Consultants USA, which represents the highest standards of consulting and ethics. Fewer than one percent of all consultants have achieved this level of performance. 

She earned a bachelor’s degree in business management from Lewis and Clark College, an MA in Counseling from Alliant University and a PhD from Gonzaga University.

Lunell is currently the President of the Inland Northwest Trails Coalition.   She is a self-described good government and good idea groupie.
